Life has given me many roles - mother, leader, employee, and entrepreneur - but above all, it has given me purpose. My journey has not been one of straight lines or easy decisions, but of determination, faith, and an unwavering focus on family. Everything I do is rooted in ensuring that my children are taken care of, not just today, but long after I am gone.
Lessons from Motherhood
Raising a child with autism has taught me patience, strength, and the need to plan for decades ahead. Watching my older son Vincent tackle college has been a reminder of what love and sacrifice can build. Paying cash for his education has been both a milestone and a symbol of the vision I’ve worked so hard to bring to life.
Leadership as a Calling
While motherhood has been my anchor, my professional path has been another pillar of who I am. I serve as the Chief Operating Officer for a company that oversees fourteen learning centers and Montessori schools supporting children from their earliest years through high school. Leadership in education isn’t just a job - it’s a calling rooted in the belief that every child deserves to feel valued, supported, and equipped to grow into who they’re meant to be.
