Once broken by injury and loss, he’s now thriving with family, fitness, and MAKE Wellness.
I went from playing college football to building a corporate career - to losing it all.
Ten years ago, I was divorced, buried in debt, and at 37 years old, I found myself starting over with no clear direction. It was one of those moments when everything you thought was solid suddenly slips away.
I grew up in a log cabin outside Orchard Park, New York. The cabin sat on acres of land - an incredible place to be a kid. When I wasn’t in school, I was working on chores or outside exploring, running, and playing. That lifestyle gave me a deep appreciation for hard work, nature, and simple living.

Football became my passion. It earned me a college scholarship and gave me a bigger vision for life. But the path wasn’t smooth. I dislocated my knee twice, and for a while, it felt like the game I loved had been stripped away.
I had already been lifting weights for years as part of football training, but after my injuries, the focus shifted. Lifting was no longer just about performance - it became my way to rebuild myself.
By my junior year, I entered an all-natural bodybuilding competition and shocked myself by winning first place as a middleweight and the overall title across all weight classes. That moment taught me that when one dream closes, another can open - if you’re willing to put in the work.
After graduation, I built a career in hospitality, spending twelve years climbing the corporate ladder with Hyatt Hotels. I learned leadership, discipline, and how to perform under pressure. But eventually, I felt the pull to do something more.
I left the corporate world and leapt into entrepreneurship. That leap didn’t go the way I hoped.
My business failed. My marriage unraveled. Suddenly, the life I had been building was gone. At 37, I was staring at a blank canvas with no choice but to start over.

So I went back to what I knew best: training people. At first, it was house to house, scraping by. Over time, those early sessions grew into a thriving fitness concierge business in Sarasota.
Today, I work with high-end clients on retainer at luxury locations and remotely, helping CEOs, professionals, and families stay strong, mobile, and healthy. But it’s never been just about workouts - it’s about guiding people toward better living in every area of health.
The best part of this chapter wasn’t the business success. It was meeting my wife, Autumn. Together, we adopted two amazing boys, biological brothers who were just seven and nine at the time. Overnight, my life shifted from being a single guy in grind mode to being a husband and father.
Our family became the anchor I had always wanted.

Even as the “face of fitness,” I knew my body needed extra support after years of training hard. Decades of pushing caught up to me. I needed better solutions - not just for myself, but for the people who trusted me with their health.
That’s when I discovered peptides. And when I saw Justin Prince launching MAKE Wellness, everything clicked. The products were clean. The vision was undeniable. The mission aligned perfectly with what I had been searching for.
I said yes before the company even launched. Joining MAKE Wellness has been one of the best decisions of our lives.
And the truth is - Autumn and I are just getting started.
